As a Network Architect (Microsoft Intune Administrator), you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Intune, a cloud-based service that provides mobile device and application management, as well as PC management capabilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the seamless integration and effective utilization of Intune within the organization. This role involves collaborating with IT teams, end-users, and other stakeholders to optimize device security, compliance, and overall endpoint management.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on Microsoft Intune.
• In-depth knowledge of Intune configuration, policies, security features and compliance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and other related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, are a plus.

Preferred Experience:
• 5+ years PowerShell scripting experience required.
• Azure Certified Solution Architect preferred.
• Experience in a Large Enterprise Environment.


Responsibilities:
1. Intune Configuration and Deployment:
  • Configure and deploy Microsoft Intune policies for mobile devices, desktops, and laptops.
  • Implement and manage security baselines to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

2. Endpoint Security:

  • Administer and maintain security features such as conditional access, encryption, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents related to Intune-managed devices.

3. Device Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire device lifecycle, including provisioning, enrollment, and retirement.
  • Collaborate with end-users and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve device-related issues.

4. Application Management:

  • Manage the deployment of applications through Intune, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
  • Implement and enforce application protection policies to safeguard corporate data.
5. Policy Enforcement and Compliance:
  • Define and enforce policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Regularly audit and assess Intune configurations for adherence to security and compliance standards.
6. Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and health of Intune-managed devices.
  • Generate regular reports on device compliance, security incidents, and overall system health.
7. Collaboration and Training:
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Intune with other systems and services.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users on Intune features and best practices.
